This press provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
All the manuscripts that we receive are submitted to a blind peer review.
The reviewers are chosen based on their expertise and relevance among the scientific community. We intend to have a worldwide and diverse scientific committee, in order to respond effectively to any language barriers that might exist and comprise the different social, cultural and economic contexts of our authors.
Our editorial team also reviews each submission to ensure its proper scientific standard.
If a manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors are requested to prepare a final version according with the instructions and comments made by the reviewers and/or editorial team.
After receiving the final manuscript, it will pass through a final quality verification.
Despite the character of worldwide free access of our publications, publishing online still has costs (reviewing process, edition, production, digital presentation and preservation, promotion and advertising), so we ask our authors to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to help us cover these expenses.
This APC payment is only required after the manuscript is accepted and in accordance with inSciencePress requirements for publishing. There will be no more necessary charges regarding the publication.
After receiving the APC payment, and to finalize the publication workflow, the manuscripts are:
- Edited by our team in conformity to the format of the publication;
- Published online;
- Promoted and advertised.
